Installation

HINT: The  BoWrench® Deck Tool  is the best tool for any decking work and installation of this type of fastener.
 
Dec-Klip Installation

SECURING THE FIRST DECK BOARD:
Clip off back tab of Dec-Klip and anchor to ledger board and joist as shown.

SECURING THE LAST DECK BOARD:
End your deck using washers as spacers as shown in order to maintain the uniform deck surface. Toe-nail through the outer edge of board. Use facia board or set nails and fill to hide.
 
Klip Requirements

To determine number of fasteners required, multiply the number of boards by the number of joists and add 1 for each joint, or use the estimating chart below.
